participate in the first public workshop to discuss concepts for
reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) from medium and heavy-duty
vehicles through truck hybridization.
In addition, ARB staff will be discussing potential updates to
the existing interim certification procedures for hybrid
heavy-duty trucks and urban buses. The purpose of this workshop
is to provide an overview of ARB activities to date and initiate
a dialogue on effectively achieving GHG reductions that are
technologically feasible, cost effective, and quantifiable.
