The end of the first quarter is upon us! Students are going to be finishing up summative assessments this week and preparing for a well-deserved break.  We will have a BBQ during lunch on Friday to celebrate all of the accomplishments students have achieved throughout the first quarter.

Hello Falcon Athletic Families! It has been an amazing quarter of athletics at MMS, and we appreciate the hard work of our coaches and athletes and the support of our awesome Falcon families! Now let's get ready for 2^nd Quarter sports. Students can participate in either Boys' Basketball or Girls' Soccer. Students must do the following to participate:

1. Register at RegisterMyAthlete.com. https://www.maranausd.org/Page/3283
2. Provide a current physical. Sports physicals are good for 2 years. Here is a link if you need a physical form: https://www.maranausd.org/Page/3289.
3. Pay. Each season of athletics is $60. Second Quarter fees are due by October 3rd. Money can be turned into the bookstore or paid online at www.tinyurl.com/mmsbookstore.

Second quarter sports begin the Monday after Fall Break, on October 16^th. Students who have not registered, provided a current physical, and paid will not be allowed to participate. We are looking for volunteers to help out with the snack bar, tickets and supervising the kids.
