arbcombo -- Formation of New Truck Regulations Advisory Committee (TRAC)

The deadline to become members of the truck regulation advisory
committee (TRAC) has been extended to the end of the week or July
17. If you have already applied please disregard.

We are beginning efforts to implement the Truck and Bus
regulation and the Heavy-Duty Diesel Greenhouse Gas Emission
Reduction regulation. We are forming a truck regulation advisory
committee (TRAC), which will be an informal committee established
to assist in implementing the regulations. Staff is soliciting
applications for membership to keep the size of the committee
manageable, to allow for productive discussions, and to ensure
TRAC represents a broad and diverse group of stakeholders. We
have received requests to extend the deadline for applications to
the Truck Regulation Advisory Committee (TRAC). The new
application deadline is Friday, July 17. The first TRAC meeting
will be held on July 28 in Sacramento. The letter with
information about TRAC, the upcoming meeting and the application
is posted at:
