arbcombo -- Second Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text

The Air Resources Board (ARB) released a Second 15-Day Notice for
the Proposed Regulation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions from
Vehicles Operating with Under Inflated Tires on January 12, 2010,
and has since rescinded that notice. Today, ARB has re-posted a
Revised Second 15-Day Notice of Public Availability of Modified
Text for the Under Inflated Tire regulation. These documents and
the associated formal regulatory materials can be accessed from
our website at the following address:

The modifications are open for public comment until January 29,
2010.
