10/26/2009 Hello Parents, This message is to introduce the Connect-ED® service, our new alert and notification service that will allow us to send periodic and personalized messages. For this test we are sending this message to all priority one and priority two numbers in our database, therefore you may receive multiple messages. With the Connect-ED service, we will be able to deliver important school information in a timely manner. The Connect-ED service also supports our ability to reach you immediately in the event of an emergency. You will be receiving these messages periodically to notify you about important events such as parent-teacher conferences, PTA meetings, back-to-school nights, early release days, and report card reminders. In closing, we want you to know that it is an honor and a privilege to serve as your child's educational advocate and to be entrusted with your child's safety and education. There are so many exciting initiatives underway here at Florence USD and we look forward to keeping you involved through the Connect-ED service.
