Charles Kembo, 40, is charged in four deaths that occurred between 2002 and 2005. The alleged victims were his wife, stepdaughter, a mistress and a business partner, the Vancouver Sun reported.

Girl who tried killing her fetus released

The girl, of Vernal, Utah, paid Aaron Harrison, 21, $150 to beat her, saying her boyfriend would leave her if she did not have an abortion, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Tuesday.

Tribunal: Geert Wilders can enter Britain

The Asylum and Immigration Tribunal ruled in Wilders' favor in his appeal of a Home Office decision to bar him from the country, the BBC reported. His lawyer said he would visit Britain next week.

VOA expands Pakistan programming

In a release Tuesday, the VOA says the agreement allows it to broadcast Pashto language programs on medium-wave (AM) radio and Urdu broadcasts on FM stations for the first time.
