arbcombo -- ETAAC releases overview of pending Federal legislation

The AB32 Economic and Technology Advancement Advisory Committee
(ETAAC) has released its overview of pending Federal legislation.

The report and any public comments received will be discussed at
the next ETAAC meeting on October 29 in Sacramento. Information
