Hello-
Beginning Monday, March30, Mountain View teachers will post online lessons in google classrooms and/or invites to office hours, Google Hangouts and/or Zoom meetings. Learning for the week will be posted by 8:00am on Monday and these will be the assignments for the week. In my first posting, I’ll share the plan for learning remotely, and my plans for providing feedback and support. Some learning and ideas for getting started will also be included. Tomorrow and Tuesday, I will host open Office Hours most of the day. I would love for you (the student) to check in with me on Monday or Tuesday. Remote meeting and learning is new to all of us.
I will send you an invitation for Zoom and You can then join office hours with me, and maybe a few other students at the scheduled time. If you are unsure about how to set up or access this platform, please let me know and I will support you through the setup through an email. During office hours, I can answer questions and give you guidance on our next steps. If you have concerns about meeting the learning and work expectations for the Physical Education classes, I believe that once you are informed, you will feel confident that the requirements are very reasonable for the circumstances.
I hope to talk with all of you tomorrow or Tuesday. If you can’t make it to an office hour, rest assured that when the assignments for the Physical Education class is uploaded on Monday most all of your questions will be answered.
