Dear MUSD Parent/Guardian: The Marana Unified School District is an integral part of the community and takes pride in knowing we're one of the reasons families choose to live in the Marana area. To this end, we are committed to hearing what is important to you. As the 2014 school improvement bond comes to an end, I invite you to participate in a ThoughtExchange process, March 9 - 24, to share your thoughts with the MUSD Leadership team on how the District can best serve our students and community through future school improvement bond dollars. ThoughtExchange is an easy and interactive tool, which allows you to confidentially share your thoughts, and consider and star the thoughts shared by other parents, students, employees, and community members. On Monday, March 9, you will receive an email invitation containing the link to participate in the 2020 School Improvement Bond Development ThoughtExchange Process. The ThoughtExchange will remain open through Tuesday, March 24, 2020. One of the many reasons Marana schools are outstanding is the ongoing support of our community on past school improvement bond initiatives. Bond dollars provide critical resources to enhance safety, efficiency and address growth in the District over the next five-seven years. As you are aware, high-quality safe neighborhood schools increase property values and enhance growth in the community. I encourage you to please take a moment to visit our school improvement bond page, at www.maranausd.org/bond, to view the substantial number of school improvement projects completed as a result of the 2014 voter-approved bond. Everyone in our community has a voice, and we hope you will participate in this interactive process. Your contribution and participation is greatly valued and will provide important information on what our community values. It is by understanding all perspectives that we can continue to best serve the needs of our students. Thank you for your continued support and thank you in advance for your participation. Through your support, our school improvement bond projects continue to make a difference every day in the lives of our students and our community. Regards, Doug Wilson, Ed.D. Superintendent |
