No DNA evidence against accused cat killer

Tyler Weinman is charged with 19 counts each of felony animal cruelty and improperly disposing of an animal body, as well with as four burglary counts for allegedly returning to the pet owners' homes and leaving them their dead cats' bodies during a killing spree last summer, the Miami-Herald reported Tuesday.

Aunt arrested in baby's abduction

Kimberly D. Johnson, 38, is accused of kidnapping Jaylin Boudria, 1, last Thursday from Johnson's half-sister. The baby was found in an insurance company parking lot several hours later, the Boston Globe reported. The child was taken when her mother went into the gas station to buy a drink, the Globe said.

Man accused of not disclosing his AIDS

Greenwood police said they received between 40 and 48 phone messages over the weekend saying Tony Perkins, who contracted the AIDS virus approximately six years ago, failed to advise sexual partners of his illness, WISH-TV in Indianapolis reported Monday.
