 Today's Horoscopes ARIES (March 21-April 19): You waste time trying to be better than someone else. You must strive to find ways to be the best you can be. Look for role models to emulate, not false rivals to defeat.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Communication is the essence of creating or maintaining a relationship today. You need someone to talk to. Just be sure it is someone who is genuinely interested. Learn to listen as well.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You are prone to assume you know everything when you need to be more inquisitive. Follow up on hints and leads, instead of allowing them to float. Learn to ask why, with a purpose.
CANCER (June 21-July 22): It's important to show that you have learned what people have been teaching you. You are given independence only as much as you show that you have reliability and competency.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): You feel as though someone else is the leader who you must follow. You have something to contribute but have trouble getting credibility or a hearing. You may have to go along for a while until you can gain more power.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): You could be talking when you should be thinking. Give yourself quiet time alone to reflect on what you've been through. Integrate new information with what you already know.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): You are liable to trust that the future will take care of itself for the better. However, you must learn to take control of events or at least try to steer them in the right direction. Hope is fine but intention is better.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): Your alert outer appearance hides deeper brooding feelings. You may be trying to escape your feelings through an emphasis on activity and intellectualism. Endeavor to integrate the two.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You are prone to act as though you know everything. It's important to be humble, be an expert when you truly are one but admit to not knowing when you don't -- then be willing to learn.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You are trying to reach beyond your normal capacity but this also requires a great deal of trust in others. You must take the risk and, while there are no guarantees, in the long run people will admire your effort.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): You have a strong urge to expand your horizons but you tend to stop after the first step. Be resolute in exploring, don't make commitments and make notes so you don't forget anything worthwhile.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): You do best being the one thinking through plans and projects. You need to talk to people, negotiate disagreements, coordinate plans and concepts. For some, much travel or long-distance communication is possible.
