Family Needs Assessment Survey: January 2021 Hello and welcome back from winter break! We are excited to have everyone back for second semester. It may look a bit different as we are starting remotely though we are continuing to learn and grow as a community. As we plan for this semester, we would appreciate it if you would please complete the Needs Assessment to inform us about how you and your student(s) are doing so we can determine the best way to support you and your student(s). Once the survey is completed, an MUSD staff member from our office will communicate with you according to your preferred method of communication.
