Welcome back! Can you believe it is already 2021? Speaking of 2021, in the following weeks (February 1st-3rd) Counselors will be meeting with all of our students through their English course, to talk to them about their course selections and new course offerings for the 2021-2022 school year.
Following our presentations, we will be providing speed advising to students. This is a great opportunity to ask quick questions about course selections. For more in-depth questions, we request that students make an appointment with their counselor, after their course selection presentation (after February 3rd).
Junior students will receive Junior Advisement on February 5th, this presentation will cover: next steps for post-high school plans and other important information for both their junior and senior year.
We encourage you to talk to your student(s) about their plan for their 2021-2022 courses, post-high school plan and their graduation progress. If they have any questions or aren't sure what they want to do, please encourage them to make an appointment with their counselor or the College and Career Center (CCC). Students can find appointment links for their counselors and the CCC in their graduating class google classroom (ex: Class of 2021).
If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your student(s) plan or graduation progress, please do not hesitate to contact us at 520.579.4450.
