Public Work Group Teleconference November 29, 2017 The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will hold a public work group teleconference to initiate discussion on the development of the Statewide Administrator for Clean Mobility Options in Disadvantaged Communities Pilot Project. The Proposed Fiscal Year 2017‑18 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives allocates $17 million to this project to establish a statewide administrator to provide funding on a first-come, first-served basis for small, simple car sharing projects serving disadvantaged communities. The administrator would create a streamlined application process for entities including community-based organizations, government agencies, and tribal governments. Funding would be available for advanced clean vehicles, charging infrastructure, outreach, car sharing reservation system, and ridesharing subsidies. This work group meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to participate with CARB staff and other stakeholders interested in the development of the scope of work for this project. Limited space will be available for stakeholders who would like to attend in person, and all teleconference participants will have an opportunity to comment. In addition, stakeholders interested in being placed on a project-specific email list should email Ms. Stella Ling-Taylor, Air Pollution Specialist. This work group will be held at the following date and time: DATE: Wednesday, November 29, 2017 TIME: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PST) LOCATION: California Environmental Protection Agency Air Resources Board | Conference Room 410 1001 I Street Sacramento, California 95814 Call-in Number: 888-810-3138 Passcode: 6858978 An agenda will be posted online no later than Monday, November 27, 2017.
