En Español The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in a joint community meeting to discuss concepts to control pollution from large freight facilities and reduce exposure in neighborhoods most impacted by air pollution. CARB staff from the Freight Transport Branch and the Office of Community Air Protection are co-hosting this joint meeting to talk with residents living in communities near seaports, railyards, warehouses, distribution centers, border crossings, and facilities that emit high concentrations of toxic air contaminants and criteria air pollutants. Community members can get information about regulatory actions already underway, the development of new concepts to reduce the air pollution and health impacts from freight, and the implementation and development process to reduce harmful air emissions with the Community Air Protection Program.
