This solicitation application deadline has been extended to May
11, 2015 due to the additional time it is taking to address the
questions that have been raised prior to and during the Applicant
Questions and Answers Teleconference held on April 16, 2015.
This solicitation is open to federal, state or local government
entities, non-profit organizations, and organizations or
companies with expertise implementing financial assistance
programs are encouraged to apply via this solicitation to become
a Financing Assistance Pilot Project Grantee. Applications are
due to ARB no later than 5:00 p.m. May 11, 2015. Applications
submitted by U.S. Postal Service must be postmarked no later than
May 11, 2015. Applications will only be accepted by mail or
submitted in person to the following address:
