arbcombo -- Availability of Staff Suggested Modifications to Amendments to the GHG Mandatory Reporting Regulation

On October 24, 2013, at 9:00 am PST, California Air Resources
Board (Board or ARB) staff will post suggested modifications to
the amendments to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of
Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR) at the following link.

On Friday, October 25 the Board is scheduled to hear proposed
amendments to the MRR. Staff will also present the suggested
modifications. In the document, any modifications to the
originally proposed amendments are displayed in double-underline
or double-strikeout text. These modifications are updates to the
original proposed revisions posted on September 4, 2013 here:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2013/ghg2013/ghg2013.htm.
