The proposed mandatory commercial recycling regulation will
reduce greenhouse gases by requiring businesses to recycle.
Recycled materials can include, but are not limited to paper,
plastics, glass, metals, cardboard, organics, food waste, and
construction and demolition materials. The Draft Proposed
Regulation and Summary of the Proposed Regulation have been
posted to CalRecycle's website. These documents will be
discussed at the Informal Stakeholder Feedback Workshop.
