arbcombo -- ARB Public Workshop for Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation Amendments, Jan. 21, 2011, Sacramento

You are invited to a Public Workshop on proposed amendments to
the AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation (COI Regulation)
on January 21, 2011, 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, in Sacramento.

The COI Regulation provides a schedule of fees to be paid by
sources of greenhouse gas emissions to support the administration
costs of implementing AB 32, the California Global Warming
Solutions Act of 2006, and was adopted by ARB pursuant to Health
and Safety Code Section 38597. Under AB 32, ARB has developed
numerous measures supported by the regulation to reduce
greenhouse gas emissions and help clean the air, protect the
environment and drive innovative new solutions to clean energy.
