arbcombo -- Materials for the July 30, 2010 Cap-and-Trade Rulemaking Public Meeting to Discuss Sector-Based Crediting and Subnational REDD have been Posted and a Follow-up Document from the June 22 and 23 Workshops on ARBs Offset Program will be Posted Soon.

On July 30th, 2010 the staff of the Air Resources Board and the
Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke
University will host a public meeting to discuss sector-based
crediting and subnational Reducing Emissions from Deforestation
and Degradation (REDD) in a California cap-and-trade program.

In addition, as a follow-up to the workshops ARB held on June 22
and 23, 2010, ARB will soon post a document that provides an
update on how ARB staff is approaching the design of the offset
system for California's cap-and-trade program and reflects
stakeholder comments received during and following those
workshops. Once posted, this document will be available under
the June 22nd, 2010 Public Workshop on Cost Containment and
Offsets on the cap-and-trade public meetings page at:
