| Happy Tuesday Mountain Lion Parents and Guardians, I wanted to reach out and provide all of you with some information that will help students as we continue our journey through hybrid and remote learning. For students who are concerned about their grades, please encourage them to look at the "Assignment Checklist" on Google Classroom. This has links and explanations for everything they can do to improve their grade. They can also redo or revise any assignments they are not happy with or earned a low score on. For students who miss a class, there is a Google Slides presentation with a weekly breakdown. This slideshow contains links to assignments, videos, and resources discussed in class. If a grade seems incorrect or is marked as missing, please encourage students to email me. It is possible they submitted it to the wrong place or that I didn't notice that the assignment had been turned in late. I do accept late work, so if a submitted assignment is still marked as missing, it is because I haven't noticed that it was turned in, not because students missed the deadline. If you would like a breakdown of how your student is doing in this class or what they can complete to improve their grade, please respond to this email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
