arbcombo -- The California Air Resources Board (ARB) will make available two reports related to compliance instruments on April 5, 2016.

As a reminder, ARB provides an updated quarterly Compliance
Instrument Report that summarizes the number of compliance
instruments held by California and Québec entities in the linked
California and Québec Cap-and-Trade Programs. The data is
presented by instrument type and is aggregated for each type of
account. The Report includes all instruments issued in the
Linked California and Québec Cap-and-Trade Programs, regardless
of the issuing jurisdiction. The Report is typically updated on
the second business day of each calendar quarter and will be
posted at noon on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 under the Publicly
Available Market Information portion of the Cap-and-Trade Website
at http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/capandtrade.htm.

In conjunction with the posting of the quarterly Compliance
Instrument Report, ARB will also be posting an updated 2013-2014
Compliance Report to reflect untimely surrender obligation
amounts that were met by the March 21, 2016 surrender deadline
pursuant to section 95857 of the Cap-and-Trade Regulation. This
updated 2013-2014 Compliance Report will be posted at noon on
Tuesday, April 5, 2016 under the Publicly Available Market
Information portion of the Cap-and-Trade Website at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/capandtrade.htm.
