hearing for the following three regulatory items: Amendments to
the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas
Emissions, Amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas
Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms, and Amendments
to the Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation.
