arbcombo -- Update on Status of AB 32 Scoping Plan Measures

The Air Resources Board has posted materials related to the
status of Scoping Plan implementation. ARB staff has revised the
expected 2020 emission reductions in consideration of the
economic recession and the availability of updated information.

The Scoping Plan outlines the State's strategy to reduce
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, as
required by the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006
(AB 32; Stats. 2006, Chapter 48).
