The Air Resources Board posted the 15-day Notice of Public
Availability of Modified Text for the Proposed California Cap on
Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Regulation,
including Compliance Offset Protocols.

These documents and the associated regulatory materials can be

The modifications are open for public comment until August 9,
