If you downloaded the cap- and- trade discussion draft before
6:30 PM on July 7, 2011 you will either need to download the
errata sheet or re-download the document in order to obtain the
correct Table 8-1: Industry Assistance.

Please note that because of the length of the table, the page
numbering is different in the reissued discussion draft.
