Hello Parents!
I just wanted to send an update about the end of our first quarter as well as share a fundraising project I have started for my classes. This past week our class ended the 1st quarter strong with amazing in-class performances of the projects they had been working on for the past few weeks. They also received a live recording demonstration from a special guest speaker. I'm looking forward to see how much more they will grow as musicians when we return from fall break.
I'm including a link to a Donors Choose Project that I have started. This project is about half way to being fully funded and I am asking that all my parents share this link and project with anyone who would be willing to support your students in their guitar class. This project would fund an electronic drum set as well as headphones and pocket amps that students in my guitar class can use for their future projects and performances. Any donations and shares (email, social media, etc.) would be endlessly appreciated and will only help our give our class more musical opportunities. Here is the link to our Donors Choose Project:
