arbcombo -- Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text - Cap and Trade 2016

At its September 22, 2016, public hearing, the Air Resources
Board considered staff's proposed sections 95801 to 96022, title
17, California Code of Regulations (CCR). These sections
comprise the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and
Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms Regulation, including
Compliance Offset Protocols (Cap-and-Trade Regulation or
Regulation).

The Board did not take action on the proposal at the September
2016 Board hearing. Comments received prior to, and during, the
public hearing, as well as further staff analysis, are reflected
in proposed modifications.

The text of the modified regulatory language is shown in
Attachment A. The originally proposed regulatory language is
shown in strikethrough to indicate deletions and underline to
indicate additions. New deletions and additions to the proposed
language that are made are shown in double strikethrough and
double underline format, respectively.

identified in this Notice and Attachment A. Written comments may
