arbcombo -- Updated Notice for Cap-and-Trade Adaptive Management Public Meetings including NEW Location for the Bay Area Meeting

The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) has posted an updated
meeting notice that includes a new location for the Bay Area
public meeting and a more detailed background description of the
Cap-and-Trade Adaptive Management Program.
