arbcombo -- ARB Posts Agenda & Presentation for Cap-and-Trade Adaptive Management Regional Public Meetings & Releases Discussion Guide, Flowchart

The Air Resources Board (ARB) has released, for public review, a
discussion guide and process flowchart to initiate discussion on
the development of the Proposed Cap-and-Trade Adaptive Management
Process. In addition, staff has posted the agenda and
presentation for the regional public meetings. The first of a
series of regional meetings is being held today in Sacramento
(1:00 pm). The other meetings will be held Monday 11/9 in Los
Angeles (5:00 pm), Tuesday 11/10 in Fresno (5:00 pm) and Monday
11/16 in San Pablo (5:00 pm), respectively.

The Sacramento and Fresno public meeting will be webcasted and
can be accessed the day of the meeting at:

The discussion guide will be discussed at the regional public
meetings. The comments received on the discussion guide will
help inform the proposed process. ARB welcomes broad
participation among stakeholders, experts and interested parties
throughout this process.
