arbcombo -- Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service (CITSS) Version 5 Training Webinar

An update to the Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service
(CITSS) was released on Monday, January 5, 2015. CITSS Version 5
(CITSS 5) implements regulatory requirements to provide
additional information when transferring compliance instruments.
These regulatory requirements took effect January 1, 2015.

A training webinar on the updated transfer functionality included
in CITSS 5.0 will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, from 1:00
p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). For more information or to

Background:
CITSS supports implementation of California's Cap-and-Trade
Program. CITSS is the record of ownership of compliance
instruments; records information related to accounts; enables and
records compliance instrument transfers; facilitates compliance
instrument surrender; and supports market oversight through the
collection of relevant information.

The WCI, Inc. CITSS Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday
6:00 a.m. PT through 6:00 p.m. PT and is accessible for messages
