the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas
Emissions, Amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas
Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms, Adoption of a
Regulation for State Implementation Plan Credit from Mobile
Agricultural Equipment, and Minor Modifications to the Zero
Emission Vehicle Regulation.
