arbcombo -- Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Documents and Information ~ Cap and Trade Regulation

The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of
Additional Documents and Information and Modified Text for
amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and
Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms.

The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications, additional
documents/information, and all previously released regulatory
documents are available on the ARB's website below for this
rulemaking at:

SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS

The proposed 15-day modifications and Additional Documents are
open for comment until April 5, 2014.
Written comments will only be accepted on the modifications
identified in this notice and may be submitted by postal mail or
electronic mail submittal as follows:
