arbcombo -- Availability of Discussion Draft of Potential Revisions to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted a
discussion draft of potential revisions to the Regulation for the
Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (Mandatory
Reporting Regulation).
The discussion draft is available here:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/reporting/ghg-rep/revision-2013/revision-2013.htm.

The Mandatory Reporting Regulation was originally adopted by ARB
in 2007 with subsequent amendments in 2010 and 2012. The current
version of the Mandatory Reporting Regulation is here:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/reporting/ghg-rep/regulation/mrr_2012_clean.pdf.

Staff held a public workshop to discuss potential revisions of
the Mandatory Reporting Regulation on June 26, 2013. This
discussion draft is intended to add to the information presented
during the workshop and clarify some of the comments we received
during and after the workshop. Not all areas identified at the
workshop for potential revision are included in the discussion
draft as ARB staff continues to evaluate comments received at and
after the workshop.

Informal comments to this discussion draft are encouraged, and
due by August 2, 2013. This will allow staff time to evaluate
and address comments prior to the start of the formal rulemaking
process. Please forward all comments and direct any questions
to:
