The Air Resources Board posted the 15-day "Notice of Public
Availability of Amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse
Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Regulation to Allow for
the Use of Compliance Instruments Issued by Linked
Jurisdictions."

The notice and associated regulatory materials can be accessed

The modifications are open for public comment until April 6,
2013.
This item will be heard at a Board hearing on Friday, April 19,
2013.
