California Cap-and-Trade Program Greenhouse Gas Allowance Auction
on Thursday, October 4, 2012, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific
Time via webinar and teleconference.
The bidders' conference will be open to anyone interested in
participating in the November 14, 2012 auction. The bidders'
conference will include discussion of the auction format and the
application process, and auction procedures and requirements.
