arbcombo -- 15-Day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text for the AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation

The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-Day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text and Modified Text for the
AB 32 Cost of Implementation Fee Regulation. The regulatory
documents for this rulemaking, including the 15-day notice and
modified regulation text are available online at the following

Inquiries concerning the substance of the proposed Fee Regulation

The modified text is open for public comment until April 17,
2012.
