The California Air Resources Board is announcing a public Board
hearing for the following regulatory items: The Airborne Toxic
Control Measure for In-Use Diesel-Fueled Transport Refrigeration
Units, California Reformulated Gasoline Regulation, AB 32 Cost
of Implementation Fee Regulation, and GHG Mandatory Commercial
Waste Recycling.

Interested members of the public may present comments orally or

comment period for this regulatory action will begin on September
3, 2011. To be considered by the Board, written comments not
physically submitted at the meeting must be submitted on or after
September 3, 2011, and received no later than 12:00 noon on
