The Air Resources Board has posted a Notice of Public
Availability of Modified Text, Availability of Additional
Documents and Information and Availability of References, to
which Corrections Have Been Made, that Were Listed in the Initial
Statement of Reasons for the Proposed Amendments to the
Regulation to Reduce Emissions of Diesel Particulate Matter,
Oxides of Nitrogen and Other Criteria Pollutants From In-Use
On-Road Diesel-Fueled Vehicles, and to the Regulation to Reduce
Emissions From In-Use On-Road Diesel-Fueled Heavy-Duty Drayage
Trucks at Ports and Intermodal Rail Yard Facilities.

These documents and the associated regulatory materials can be

The modifications are open for public comment until June 3,
2011.
