for the Board's Direct Loan program. The primary objective of
this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Contractor, a

implementing a low-interest financing program for small trucking
fleets. The main components of the ARB Direct Loan program that
the Contractor will be responsible for include: static pool loss
methodology, outreach activities, loan application evaluation,
loan documents preparation and signing, and loan default
management.
