arbcombo -- Notice of Public Hearing for September 20, 2012

The California Air Resources Board is announcing a notice of
public hearing to consider amendments to California's existing
Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas
Emissions, which was developed pursuant to requirements of the
California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. The Board will
also consider amendments to the definition sections of the AB 32
Cost of Implementation Fee regulation and the California Cap on
Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms
regulation made to conform with the proposed amendments to the
mandatory reporting regulation.
